A company is looking for a Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to define and drive annual company goals and growth strategy

Serve as the connective tissue between departments to ensure alignment around company priorities and risks

Draft executive communications, investor updates, and support fundraising activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or MHA) preferred

7+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or strategy, ideally within healthcare or health tech

Understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks and startup operations

Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity and change
