Good dexterity to handle and maneuver small components and parts. Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Previous experience in a quality assurance or assembler role is a plus. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work1st shift hours.

What You'll Do :
- Hand assembles products following customer job specifications
- Monitor and verify production processes to guarantee product integrity.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
