• Fabrication Welders
• to join our team for an exciting project in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidates will have strong fabrication skills and the ability to work with various metals, including carbon steel and stainless steel. You must be able to pass a welding test and have experience working in a fabrication shop or industrial setting.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Fabricate and assemble metal components using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, and Stick welding).
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to determine project specifications.
• Perform welding on metal structures and components, ensuring high-quality and precision welds.
• Measure, cut, and fit metal materials to exact specifications before welding.
• Inspect and test welds for structural integrity and compliance with safety standards.
• Operate fabrication shop machinery such as grinders, saws, and drills as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
