CVS Health Vendor Management Role

This role is responsible for the strategic management, evaluation, and oversight of vendor relationships to ensure optimal performance, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, monitors vendor performance, and drives process improvements to maximize value from vendor partnerships.
Required Qualifications :
- Lead and execute the strategic vision for vendor management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate collaboration between internal stakeholders and vendors for complex deals and strategic initiatives.
- Identify and resolve process gaps, risks, and issues related to vendor relationships. Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership on vendor performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Support audits and compliance deliverables related to vendors.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance vendor management processes and outcomes.
- Facilitate JOC meetings on with health plan leadership, internal stakeholders and vendor representatives.
- Provide support for additional projects as assigned, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and organizational objectives.
- Delivers advice to the organization regarding current business trends and best practices by preparing analyses for senior management, stakeholders, and clients.
Preferred Qualifications :
3+ year vendor management experience (preferably benefit administrators)5+ years of experience in government programs (Medicaid, Medicare)Adept at problem solving and decision-making skillsAdept at collaboration and teamworkAdept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skillsAdept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skillsEducation :

Pay Range : $54,300.00 - $159,120.00
