**Job Title: Campus Patrol/NOC Concierge Receptionist - Part-Time Assisted Living**
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Campus Patrol/NOC Concierge Receptionist to join our team at our assisted living facility. This part-time position is crucial in ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents, staff, and visitors by providing vigilant security patrols and exceptional concierge services during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach towards the needs of our community.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct routine patrols of the campus to ensure the safety and security of all residents, staff, and property.
- Monitor and control access points to prevent unauthorized entry to the premises.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, following established protocols.
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment at the reception desk during NOC (Night Operations Center) hours, attending to inquiries and assisting visitors.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, during assigned shifts.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of patrols, incidents, and relevant information to be shared with the day staff.
- Collaborate with other team members and local emergency services when needed to ensure a safe environment.
- Support residents by providing information and assistance in accordance with the facility’s policies and procedures.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security or concierge training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a security, patrol, or receptionist role is preferred, especially within a healthcare or assisted living setting.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
