Job descriptionVerifying specs, quantities, tagging accuracy, and troubleshooting both simple and complex issues. Ability to operate machinery (press, knife, folder, shrink wrapper) troubleshooting issues with files, machines, and workflows—both basic and complex. Ability to work effectively with team members, participate in discussions, and contribute to workflow improvements. Familiarity with print on demand workflow, file transfers, and printing processes. Experience with folding, stitching, trimming, and shrink wrapping. Hands-on experience with digital presses, knives, folders, and shrink wrap equipment. Understanding of file properties, setup, and naming conventions. Experience with imposition software and digital workflow systems. A growth-oriented company with incredible advancement opportunities.
