Key Responsibilities

Manage technician hiring, training, performance management, and maintenance programs

Oversee maintenance-related data and ensure efficient vehicle utilization and quality

Analyze service issues and recommend improvements for fleet maintenance performance

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience leading Fleet Maintenance teams

7+ years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair as a heavy-duty technician

Specialized understanding of maintenance procedures and industry regulations

High School diploma required

Proficiency with computers, including Google Docs and Fleet System software
