Facilitator For 1031 Exchanges

In this role you will facilitate 1031 exchanges for First American Exchange's local and national clients. You will work directly with clients, their advisors and the escrow officers and closers who handle their transactions. This role also may include supervising, training and developing Exchange Assistants. Position includes discussing transactions with clients and their advisors, preparing exchange documentation and facilitating the exchange aspect of the closing. Candidate must have or develop proficiency in 1031 exchange rules and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range : $30.14 $40.18 This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
