Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and content strategy
Lead segmentation strategy and data governance across marketing automation platforms and Salesforce
Design and optimize lead capture processes and drive alignment of campaigns to pipeline goals
Required Qualifications
5-8+ years in Marketing Operations / Digital Marketing with hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms
Proficiency in Salesforce for campaign setup and reporting
Experience in data stewardship, including cleansing and governance practices
Strong analytics skills for defining KPIs and building dashboards
Project management experience with the ability to shift between strategy and execution
