What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and protocols, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the financial institution location in a calm, problem-solving manner, using appropriate judgment and communication skills. Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the premises and surrounding areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence. Monitor and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns in and around the facility. Assist with access control, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises as required by site-specific policies. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as necessary during incidents. Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs as required by Allied Universal protocols and client needs. Participate in training and ongoing professional development to maintain readiness for all assigned duties. Minimum Requirements : Applicants must have a combined total of at least three years of law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or possess a college degree. Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED, as required by the client. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Possession of an armed guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
