Genesis10 is seeking a Third-Party Risk Operations Analyst for a 6 month contract position with a mortgage loan corporation located in McLean, VA. This position is fully onsite 5 days / week. Pay range : $60-65 / hr.
Summary :
- Work alongside the Governance Advisor to drive the execution of the Enterprise Operationally Critical Third Parties (EOCTP) and Enterprise Vulnerability Incident Management (VIM) Programs
- Ensure divisions comply with internal guidance for managing risk associated with critical third parties and responding to crises involving third parties
- Project manages a data management platform that supports EOCTP and VIM programs
- Launch and review assessments to identify potential risks, such as operational, financial, legal / compliance, reputational, and lifecycle risks
- Synthesize complex data into detailed and succinct reporting to share insights that inform leadership decision making
- Develop the monthly third-party metrics dashboard and VIM tracker
- Facilitate meetings, forums and follow up with key stakeholders to achieve project management goals
- Support leadership by leveraging One Trust to facilitate processes and subprocesses within the system
- Write communications, guidance, procedures, job aids, PowerPoint decks, questionnaire templates, reporting, and other documents
- Follow, analyze and document EOCTP and cyber / information security news and third-party risk management trends
Requirements :
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,) and SharePointStrong analytical and communication skillsBachelor's degree in arts / sciences (BA / BS) in Risk Management, Business Administration, Treasury, Data Analytics, Project Management, Finance, Information Security, or related fieldInterest in third party risk management2+ years of experience in risk management or third-party risk management preferably within financial servicesExcellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teamsAbility to take initiative and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret and analyze raw data to inform decision-making and strategic planningExperience in third party risk assessment, identification, remediation, and monitoringKnowledge of information security / cybersecurity incident managementExperience with third party risk management frameworks, standards, and methodologiesAbility to work onsite Monday - Friday in Mclean 40 hours a weekAdvanced Microsoft Office Excel and Word skillsPreferences
