Job Description

The Billing Specialist manages client billing, inventory, estimating, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client guidelines. Key responsibilities include creating and reviewing billing drafts, analyzing work-in-progress (WIP), and resolving discrepancies while maintaining detailed billing records. The role also involves reviewing expense vouchers and vendor invoices, preparing estimates, and supporting miscellaneous projects as assigned. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential for success in this collaborative, detail-oriented role.

The base salary range for this position is $19 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
