The Verizon Account Managers are responsible for educating customers, being experts in product and service knowledge, and strategizing unique and customized ways to heighten customer satisfaction. Our next Verizon Account Manager is enthusiastic about enhancing brand visibility and providing exceptional customer experiences!

Verizon Account Manager Duties and Responsibilities :

Present products and services directly to prospective customers utilizing promotional sales techniques and quality-focused sales methods

Manage individual client accounts to bolster brand awareness, maximize customer engagement, and drive sales

Utilize organizational skills to track all customer interactions and file in accordance with our customer confidentiality requirements

Assist new Verizon Account Manager team members by providing guidance and support throughout the training process

Meet company and client compliance sales standards at all times and represent the brand professionally

Attend daily meetings both virtually and in-person with the Verizon Account Manager team to ensure a thorough understanding of our clients’ products, services, and sales promotions
