Training Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY :

Manage, identify, participate in, and monitor training needs.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Employees will be trained to all applicable company standards as identified on the company training matrix TR-401 and IATF 16949 / ISO 9001.

  • Reviews existing training programs and suggests enhancements / modifications to improve engagement.
  • Ensures training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
  • Maintains knowledge of new methods, techniques, and requirements applicable to the organization.
  • Identify problems / opportunities where training could improve.
  • Facilitates required and recommended training sessions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Assists in hiring and employee orientation both with identifying qualified candidates and interviewing. Makes recommendations for hiring qualified staff.
  • Assists with the training of all new associates and the acclimatization to standard work. Works with PQL’s / Cell Managers to identify additional training needs.

9. Other assignments as designated by the HR Manager or EMT.

  • The ability to communicate effectively with operators, all support staff, and all managers.
  • Ability to handle stressful employee situations in an effective manner.
  • Treat all employees in a consistent, fair, and respectful manner.
  • Ability to excel in a team-based environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness.
  • Must use Plex and Microsoft office.
  • No education requirement.

Monday- Friday 7 : 00am -4 : 00pm with an hour lunch
