Training Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY :
Manage, identify, participate in, and monitor training needs.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Employees will be trained to all applicable company standards as identified on the company training matrix TR-401 and IATF 16949 / ISO 9001.
- Reviews existing training programs and suggests enhancements / modifications to improve engagement.
- Ensures training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
- Maintains knowledge of new methods, techniques, and requirements applicable to the organization.
- Identify problems / opportunities where training could improve.
- Facilitates required and recommended training sessions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Assists in hiring and employee orientation both with identifying qualified candidates and interviewing. Makes recommendations for hiring qualified staff.
- Assists with the training of all new associates and the acclimatization to standard work. Works with PQL’s / Cell Managers to identify additional training needs.
9. Other assignments as designated by the HR Manager or EMT.

- Must use Plex and Microsoft office.
- No education requirement.
