Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Weapon System Integration Center (WISC) Program Manager for our F-15 Israel team in Berkeley, Missouri. In this role, the Program Manager will help lead the development, support and integration of the WISC in support of the F-15 Israel Program. This employee will be responsible for performing program management and integrated planning and scheduling activities and is accountable to the Program Manager for program execution performance. Having a strong background in supply chain and working in a classified environment will be key attributes for success.

Position Responsibilities :

• Ensure development of the F-15 Israel WISC lab is successful
• Lead internally focused team focused on program execution, working directly with program integrated product teams (IPT) to meet cost, schedule, quality and technical objectives and ensure customer requirements are achieved
• Responsible for overseeing and driving execution of all key Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) and ensuring coordination of deliverables, communication, and PMBP across program IPTs
• Support program operating rhythm, CONOPS, performance management system, recovery planning and program status reporting
• Develops strong relationships with the customer, program team and supporting functions across organizational boundaries

Additional Responsibilities :

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position is for 1st shift. This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Typical Education / Experience : Education / experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.)

Travel : Position may require travel up to 15% of the time.
