Director of Acquisitions (Atlanta)

The Director of Acquisitions will lead the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of multifamily acquisition and development opportunities across Southeast Capital Companies' target markets. This role is designed for a highly motivated investment professional with a proven track record in deal-making and market intelligence in the Southeastern U.S.The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial, transaction-focused environment and is eager to take an ownership mindset with meaningful profit participation in every deal they touch.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and originate primarily acquisitions of existing multifamily properties across targeted MSAs : Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, Charleston, Nashville Jacksonville, Tampa, and Orlando
• Lead / assist underwriting, deal structuring, investment committee presentations, and transaction execution
• Build and maintain broker, owner, lender, and equity partner relationships across key Southeast markets-
• Collaborate with internal asset management and finance teams to execute on business plans post-closing
• Represent Southeast Capital Companies in market with a high level of professionalism and transactional credibility
