We’re seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment, communicates with confidence and clarity, and is passionate about building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Prospect and generate leads through cold-calling, emailing, networking, and other outreach methods
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact to closing deals
- Respond to inbound and outbound client requests with urgency and professionalism
- Collaborate with the executive team to refine and execute sales strategies
- Present and negotiate contracts, pricing, and collections
- Travel occasionally for client visits, presentations, and industry events
Client Management & Administration
Organize and manage client data and opportunities using designated sales systemsPrepare reports, quotations, and participate in weekly team meetingsCoordinate internal and client-facing meetings with clear agendas and follow-upsRepresent the company professionally as the first point of contact for new businessIdeal Candidate Profile
Emotionally confident, detail-oriented, and results-drivenComfortable in a performance-based compensation structure with uncapped commissionsSkilled in outreach via phone, video, email, and other channelsThrives on mentorship, collaboration, and continuous improvementQualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a technical or scientific discipline)4–8 years of business development or sales experience (ideally in food, supplements, or regulated industries)Professional sales or customer service training is a plusFluent in English; additional languages are a bonusCompensation
Base salary + uncapped commission and bonus structure. Performance is rewarded generously.
