Phoenix, AZ | Outpatient | Teaching Opportunities Available

District Medical Group (DMG), a not-for-profit multispecialty medical group, is seeking Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physicians (MD / DO) to join our team at one of our 11 health centers across the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Exclusively Outpatient with minimal telemedicine requirements
Manageable Patient Load - 20-minute appointments, averaging 17-18 patients per day
Call Support - Low call volume with triage system in place

In-House Lab & Imaging - On-site lab and imaging diagnostic support
Collaborative Multispecialty Environment

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive Base Salary : $215,000 / year

Practice Commencement Bonus (typically $30,000 - can be used for relocation)

Student Loan Assistance - PSLF + NHSC and state / federal loan repayment program eligibility

CME Support - $4,000 and 40 hours annually

Generous Time Off - 240 hours of PTO (includes vacation, holidays)

Ideal Candidate :

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine

Open to 2025 graduates

Interest in teaching and mentoring medical students or residents (optional)
