Job descriptionPatient Demographics : Adults Admissions : Yes Rounding : Included Phone Consults : Yes Case Mix : General Neurosurgery with Cranial and Spinal procedures EMR System : Epic Office Equipment Available : Robotics available at both hospitals Specialty Backup Available : Full hospital support Support Staff Available : Neurosurgery team, OR staff, RNs, APPs Reason for Coverage : Group expansion Hospital Privileges Required : Yes Temporary Privileges Available : TBD Credentialing Timeline : TBD Rate : $750,000 base salary Signing Bonus : $50,000 Start Date Incentive : $50,000 Relocation & Partnership : Full partnership offered in 2 years REQUIRED PROCEDURES Cranial Surgery Spinal Surgery Use of Robotics Licenses : Active GA license (or willingness to obtain) Board : Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurosurgery DEA : Active DEA Certification Certifications : BLS, ACLS Experience : Cranial and Spinal Neurosurgery experience preferred Other Qualifications : Robotic surgery proficiency preferred Provide general neurosurgical care including cranial and spinal procedures Participate in 1 : 4 call rotation Perform surgeries at both Carrollton and Villa Rica hospitals Utilize available robotics for surgical procedures Collaborate with neurosurgery group and hospital staff Work toward full partnership within two years Explore new cities and regions, immersing yourself in different cultures while working.
