Senior Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Engineering (Data Ingest Platform).

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow an organization of talented engineers and engineering managers

Own the end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap, ensuring high-quality software delivery

Partner with product and design teams to set the vision and strategy for the domain

Required Qualifications

Deep passion for people leadership with a track record of building successful engineering teams

Experience managing other engineering managers is highly desirable

Strong strategic partnership skills with Product and Design teams

Hands-on technical background with senior-level experience in Go and / or Python

Typically 8+ years of industry experience, with at least 3+ years in an engineering leadership role
