Assistant Director of Nursing
ADON / Infection Control Nurse
Compensation : $120K - $130K pr / yr
Job Type : Full-Time and In-person position, Day shift, Monday - Friday
Collaborating with a Long Term Care / Rehabilitation Facility in Brooklyn, NY that is currently seeking a ADON / Infection Control Nurse.
ADON / Infection Control Nurse Duties and Responsibilities :
- Interprets and applies infection prevention and control definitions and practices to the overall infection prevention and control program.
- Conduct surveillance activities.
- Collects, reviews and analyze infection surveillance data.
- Investigates outbreaks when indicated and participates in action plans and follow up.
- Utilizes and monitors methods of Infection Prevention and Control
- Keeps current with infection prevention and control guidelines, recommendation, and practices.

Qualifications & Requirements :
- Valid RN license in New York State
- 2+ years Long-term care experience required
- 2+ years supervisory experience required
- Infection control certification required
