Job description

You will lead the technical implementation of our AI agents for clinicsconnecting EMRs (FHIR / HL7), configuring voice / webhooks, mapping data, and guiding customers through UAT to a smooth go-live. Youre a hands-on integrator who communicates clearly and loves turning complex workflows into reliable, measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Translate clinic workflows into integration designs and test plans.
  • Configure OAuth2 apps, webhooks, and data mappings; validate FHIR reads / writes and HL7 feeds.
  • Stand up Twilio call flows and troubleshoot timeouts / retries.
  • Lead UAT, cutover, and hypercare; publish runbooks and training artifacts.
  • Run weekly status with stakeholders; maintain timelines and RAID logs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in integrations / solutions / implementation engineering for SaaS.
  • Strong with REST, webhooks, OAuth2, Postman / curl; SQL for validation.
  • Working knowledge of FHIR resources (Patient / Appointment / Schedule / Slot) and HL7 v2 (ADT / SIU).
  • Comfort with logs, traces, and basic Kubernetes debugging.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication; HIPAA awareness.

  • Python / Node utilities; SSO (OIDC / SAML); Datadog / Grafana; EMR admin experience (eCW / athena / Nextech).
