Job Details : Orientation : New providers are required to attend an orientation the day before their scheduled shifts Clinical Responsibilities : Inpatient (10%) and outpatient (90%) responsibilities Inpatient census : 34 patients per day Average of 7-10 admissions during the day and 4 admissions at night Work / Coverage Period : 7-day work / call coverage period Call includes nights and weekends 24-hour call only on the weekends, shared with CRNA Certifications Required : BLS, ACLS, PALS / APLS (American Heart Association) Surgical Cases : Approximately 175 surgical cases per month Bread and butter cases include General Surgery, ENT, Orthopedics, OB-Gyn, Optometry, Pediatric Dental, and Endoscopy (pediatrics >
