Qualifications
- Management experience in a fast-paced retail or restaurant setting is required
- Extensive background in customer service leadership overseeing 3-10 direct reports
- Proven staff development skills and expertise in team retention tactics
- Ability to thrive outdoors in all weather, with flexibility for evenings and weekends
- Successful completion of a pre-hire background check

- Ensure proper store staffing through recruitment, collaboration, and promotions
