Job Summary
Adecco is hiring a Tax Support Coordinator to join our client's tax team in Carlsbad, CA. This temporary 3-6 month position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data. No prior tax or accounting experience is required.
Responsibilities
Organize, review, and log customer tax exemption certificates.
Identify missing certificates by customer and state jurisdiction.
Collaborate with Senior Tax Accountant and Tax Director to ensure compliance with sales tax laws.
Perform detailed reviews of tax certificates for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with Accounts Receivable to communicate with customers for updated tax certificates.
Provide weekly status updates and schedule project milestones with the tax team.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to evaluate information accurately and avoid errors.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Comfortable using a computer for data entry and documentation.
No prior tax or accounting experience required.

Pay Details : $21.00 per hour
