About the Role
Oklahoma Heart Hospital Providers (OHHP) is seeking a Credentialed Epic Trainer to join our growing team! In this role, you'll work closely with Principal Trainers and Epic Analysts to deliver high-quality training for our clinical and administrative staff. You will help build and maintain Epic training programs, lead both classroom and virtual sessions, and support users across the organization. As a front-line educator, the Credentialed Trainer also assists with user support, troubleshooting, and the ongoing evaluation of training effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and virtual Epic training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
Develop, maintain, and update training materials, guides, and documentation.
Collaborate with Epic Analysts and Principal Trainers to ensure training reflects current workflows and functionality.
Support new software releases and workflow updates by learning and teaching new Epic features.
Troubleshoot user issues and escalate as necessary to technical teams.
Assist with refresher trainings, personalization labs, and ongoing user support.
Set up training environments, prepare materials, and manage logistics for each session.
Participate in testing Epic training environments and validating workflows.
Co-facilitate training sessions and support hands-on practice exercises.
Manage multiple training tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications
Education : High school graduate or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Licensure / Certification : Current BLS certification required.
Experience : Prefer Three (3) plus years of work experience in a clinic setting preferred.
