In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in managing accounts payable processes and contributing to financial operations. Responsibilities :

• Oversee and process accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain records of financial documents and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounts payable workflows and resolve any discrepancies.
• Conduct regular audits of accounts payable processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in transitioning accounts payable functions between financial systems, ensuring smooth integration.
• Prepare reports and summaries related to accounts payable activities for management review.
• Work closely with vendors to manage payment schedules and address inquiries.
• Ensure all payments are processed in accordance with contractual agreements and deadlines.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities for accounts payable.
