Job Description:
- Assist the project manager in preparing and filing documents such as subcontracts, major purchase orders, and daily extra-work reports.
- Set up and maintain project files, including subcontracts, purchase orders, vendor information, and general correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute approved reports, including job and equipment summaries, field staff updates, and administrative time sheets.
- Handle payroll checks distribution and reconcile approved bills by matching invoices with packing slips.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including UPS and overnight deliveries.
- Process paperwork for newly hired and terminated employees.
Qualifications: - 2+ years of office experience and/or training in office procedures and operations.
- Ability to organize office transactions and coordinate activities related to construction projects.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
