Pediatric Registered Nurse

• Standards of Practice : Guide your nursing practice based on ANA guidelines, including assessing patient needs, diagnosing health issues, and coordinating comprehensive care delivery.\n
• Collaboration : Partner effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring respectful and transparent communication that values patient preferences and insights.\n
• Health Promotion : Design and implement strategies to promote health and well-being while creating a safe environment for our young patients.\n
• Professional Development : Engage in continuous learning and evidence-based practices to uphold the highest nursing standards.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school required; BSN preferred.\n
• Active Connecticut RN license required; clinical specialty certification encouraged.\n
