Summary:
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you are responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Corporate Marketing Data Warehouse, the foundation for enterprise reporting and analytics. You deliver actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions across the organization, transforming complex data into meaningful information that supports revenue growth, customer insights, and strategic decision-making.
Working closely with business partners and the BI Manager, you ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reporting and analytics platforms, serving as a technical expert and trusted advisor
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Maintain, enhance, and optimize the Corporate Marketing Data Warehouse as the foundation for enterprise reporting and analytics
- Develop, optimize, and maintain queries, stored procedures, views, reports, and ETL/analytics processes across SSIS, SAS Viya, and SSRS to support the Corporate Marketing Data Warehouse
- Support and maintain OLAP cube solutions using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) based on the Corporate Marketing Data Warehouse
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver actionable reporting solutions that influence business strategy and outcomes
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency through validation, testing, and quality assurance processes across BI systems
- Support data governance initiatives by maintaining technical documentation, ensuring standards, and promoting best practices across BI systems
- Provide timely support for ad-hoc data requests, research inquiries, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to support enterprise initiatives
- Assist in evaluating and implementing enhancements to BI tools, processes, and data architecture
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
- Translate Corporate Marketing Data Warehouse data into insights that drive marketing strategy, customer engagement, and revenue growth

Requirements:
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Information Systems with hands-on technical responsibilities, or equivalent combination of experience and skills demonstrating capability to manage enterprise data warehouses, BI reporting, and analytics solutions
Advanced proficiency with:
- MS SQL Server
- MS Visual Studio
- T-SQL
- SAS 9.0 (hands-on experience writing and modifying SAS procedures [procs])
- SSRS
- SSIS
- SSAS
- Demonstrated experience building and supporting enterprise reporting and analytics solutions
- Experience maintaining and optimizing enterprise-level data warehouses, preferably in a marketing or analytics context
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with business stakeholders
- Proven ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying improvements and driving solutions
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new BI tools and technologies
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Familiarity with systems such as SAS Viya, Konami Synkros, LMS, Tableau, InfoGenesis preferred
- Experience with SAS Customer Intelligence 360 (CI360) a plus
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics), or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Verify eligibility to work in the United States and maintain all required work cards, registrations, and compliance certifications (e.g., Nevada Gaming Registration)
