Quality Control Analyst

A company is looking for a Quality Control Analyst II to review mortgage loan files for accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Audit a minimum of 8 files per day, ensuring a 98% accuracy rate

Analyze income and asset calculations, credit reports, and other loan documentation

Enter review results into proprietary software and stay updated on industry guidelines

Required Qualifications

College Degree or equivalent work experience, plus a High School Diploma

At least 3 years of recent experience in mortgage underwriting and Quality Assurance / Quality Control

Strong knowledge of income and asset verification, credit evaluations, and loan documentation

In-depth knowledge of AUS systems like Loan Prospector and Desktop Underwriter

Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
