Associate Retirement Plan Solutions Specialist (TPA)

As a Cetera Associate TPA Consultant, you will partner with our territory-based TPA Sales Consultants to assist with the sale of TPA services to Cetera advisors and their clients. This role will focus on the preparation of pension plan proposals, assisting with implementation of our programs and services, and supporting the TPA Consultant's sales efforts.

This is a hybrid role, candidates must be located in an office hub : El Segundo, CA | San Diego, CA | Dallas, TX | Des Moines, IA | St Cloud, MN | St Paul, MN.

Primary Job Responsibilities :

• Create and refine 401(k), Cash Balance, DB plans and other plan types proposals for potential clients using PlanGen software tool
• Serve as a liaison between the TPA Consultants and the TPA Onboarding and Service Teams calling out to financial advisors to resolve operational or service issues
• Assist with sales presentations that highlight the TPA features and benefits
• Educate advisors around the benefits and requirements of leveraging the Cetera TPA retirement plan design and administration services
• Respond to inbound inquiries from our advisors related to TPA services
• Work alongside the TPA Consultants in outbound efforts for various campaigns
• Actively participate in industry seminars to remain current with retirement plan industry trends and provide insights to advisors
• Productively work together and collaborate with other home office departments

What you need to have :

Compensation :

The base annual salary range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
