Key Responsibilities

Support legal and capital markets teams in day-to-day matters

Organize the closing and administration of complex financing transactions

Draft basic legal documents and support ongoing transaction compliance

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a paralegal, with at least 2 years in banking or capital markets

Strong working knowledge of entity formation and maintenance

Proficiency with Word, Adobe, DocuSign, and document management systems

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions
