Overview

UI / UX Designer – Location : Ada, MI (Hybrid / Remote options available). This role focuses on supporting design efforts in Figma, creating, updating, and maintaining components within the design system. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and usability across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine reusable components in Figma aligned with the existing design system.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining Figma libraries and files for clarity and scalability.
• Work closely with senior designers, developers, and product teams to support ongoing initiatives.
• Apply design standards and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across global markets.
• Support documentation and handoff processes for development teams.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
