Senior Semiconductor Process Engineer for Implant and Diffusion

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and optimize Implant and Diffusion processes to enhance semiconductor device performance.

Conduct process experiments and analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes into manufacturing operations.

Work closely with internal equipment and outside suppliers to ensure alignment with internal processes and quality standards.

Manage relationships with external Epitaxial and / or Implant suppliers to drive continuous improvement processes.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.

6+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, engineering and process optimization.

Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control for Implant, Diffusion or similar processes.

Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation and robotics.

WE VALUE

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or related field.

Knowledge of recipe development on VTR-7000 diffusion furnaces, Varian / AMAT Viision 200+ implanters or ASM 2000 Epi reactors.

Proven ability to drive successful process development.

Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability.

Ability to lead by influence across multiple engineering disciplines.
