Extension is seeking a  Quality Control Supervisor  for a  DIRECT HIRE opportunity with one of our clients located in  Oak Creek, WI .

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of 3-4 quality techs in daily job duties.
  • Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet customer specifications.
  • Cross functional interactions with various departments to identify quality trends and make recommendations to improve product performance.
  • Investigate and adjust customer concerns regarding quality.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience within quality control.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, leadership, and customers.
  • Strong math skills and ability to use tape measures and micrometers.
