Job description

Our client is searching for an Operations Assistant for their company located in Southwest Houston. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work. The salary range for this position is $45,000-$50,000 per year.

Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and e-mail and provide clear and professional communication.
  • Process customer orders and keep customers routinely updated on the status of their orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases related to operations.
  • Assist with daily shipping and receiving of small products (Fed-Ex, UPS, and USPS).
  • Identify areas of improvement and support the implementation of new processes.
  • Other miscellaneous administrative duties.

Requirements :

  • At least 1 year of customer service or operations experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communicator (verbal and written).
