Position Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in fueling our growth by generating and qualifying new business opportunities. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is hungry to break into sales excited to build relationships and ready to contribute to a high-energy fast-paced team environment.
You will be the first point of contact for many prospective clients helping identify needs introduce our services and set up qualified meetings for our account managers and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls emails LinkedIn) to identify potential commercial clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule introductory calls and meetings for the sales and estimating teams.
- Learn and understand DVPs service offeringsincluding national accounts maintenance packages asphalt and concrete solutions.
- Maintain accurate data and follow-up tracking within CRM systems.
- Support marketing and sales campaigns by assisting with targeted outreach initiatives.
- Build relationships with prospects while representing DVPs values of professionalism integrity and excellence.
- Collaborate with teammates to continuously refine messaging workflow and prospecting strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred but not required.Strong communication skillscomfortable on the phone and in writing.Coachable ambitious and eager to learn.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet activity goals.Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.Prior sales customer service or internship experience is a plus but not mandatory.What We Offer
