Practice Details

Schedule : M-F
Outpatient Only
Travel Position : Physicians will travel to various SNFs / Assisted living facilities in the greater Madison Area
Primarily Geriatric work
Mileage Reimbursement
Full Ancillary Staff
No Call, No weekends, No Nights
Part Time or Full time option
Experience a plus, but not required
Excellent group with great reputation

Compensation and Benefits

Ballpark salary : $250k as W-2 (negotiable), higher with experience

Additional incentive pay
