Responsibilities

• Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials.
• Create these materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs.
• Meet with web designers to understand desired web page appearance; create or incorporate illustrations, videos, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of communications.
• Produce drafts for client review and revise based on feedback.
• Review final productions for errors and ensure layouts reflect client specifications; study design briefs to determine requirements.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Use appropriate colors and layouts for videos.
• Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Create and develop multimedia (audio / video) content for customer stories, internal company announcements, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, and other enterprise-wide projects.
• Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, and select optimal forms of media for projects.
• Work independently and as part of a team to establish project deliverables.
• Record and edit video and audio projects, including selecting program formats for final output, media organization, editing footage and sound files, creating graphics, titling, adding music / voice-over / SFX, media management, and archiving project media.
