Advantage Tech is hiring a Salesforce Agentforce Technical Lead to join a high-impact AI and automation initiative. This role will help guide the early-stage implementation of Einstein / Agentforce for Service use cases within Salesforce Service Cloud. You'll lead complex cross-platform solution design, hands-on development, and architectural governance across a growing Center of Excellence.
The Work
This position sits within the Intelligent Automation organization, reporting to the Delivery Manager and collaborating closely with Product Owners and Engineers. The initial engagement will last 3-6 months and focuses on building out scalable, AI-driven service automation using Salesforce's most advanced tools.
Core Responsibilities
Design and develop secure, scalable Agentforce automation across Salesforce Service CloudDeliver features such as Case Classification, Next Best Action, and AI Agent deploymentDefine and document technical design frameworks, integration patterns, and delivery strategiesGuide the implementation of cloud functions, APIs, file storage, and identity accessMentor developers and conduct design / code reviews across Agile teamsAct as the Salesforce escalation point for complex issues and architecture questionsLead prototyping, reusable components, and innovation spikesDocument best practices, reusable assets, and architectural guidanceParticipate in long-term platform evaluations and roadmap planningQualifications
Required
4+ years of Einstein for Service and / or Agentforce implementation experience7+ years in Salesforce admin or development rolesDemonstrated success implementing AI-driven Salesforce automation at scaleStrong Apex and Flow integration expertiseProven ability to lead solution design, delivery, and documentationExperience in Agile / Scrum teams and DevOps toolingCloud experience (AWS preferred or similar platforms : GCP, Azure, etc.)Experience guiding scalable resolution paths across complex, multi-system environmentsExcellent collaboration, communication, and mentorship skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Nice to Have
