Job descriptionAnalyze manufacturing costs and prepare cost reports for management. Maintain cost accounting records and ensure accuracy in inventory valuation. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Collaborate with production and operations teams to monitor cost drivers and identify savings opportunities. Support month-end and year-end close processes related to cost accounting. Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of standard costing, inventory management, and financial reporting.
