The Opportunity :
The Director of Inside Sales will architect and lead the transformation of our inside sales organization, managing a team of 10 professionals to scale revenue growth by 30% year-over-year. This strategic role requires a data-driven leader who combines exceptional people management skills with analytical rigor to disrupt traditional lending sales models. The ideal candidate will build scalable sales infrastructure, develop high-performing teams, and leverage AI and automation technologies to drive operational excellence at scale. This position is critical to our strategic expansion into new markets and achieving our aggressive growth targets.
