We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Manager responsible for overseeing the interior build-out of an entire mechanical system. This role involves adhering to a Quality Control plan and managing submittals effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the interior build-out of an entire mechanical system.
• Adhere to the Quality Control plan and manage submittals.
• Work within the ECMS / QCS system to log submittals.
• Conduct and document Quality Control meetings.

Work Environment

The work will be performed on-site at Pax River Naval Air Station. The company has a strong reputation as a quality builder and is known for high employee retention rates. The projects typically range from $10M to $40M, focusing on federal construction for NAVFAC, State, and Local government agencies.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, District of Columbia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $57.69 / hr.
