As the Training Program Manager on the Commercial & Investment Banking (CIB) Learning & Development Team, you will work closely with key business stakeholders, supporting the global investment banking analyst training program and related councils. You will partner closely with business and HR advisors to develop and implement learning initiatives, and participate in HR projects and new initiatives.
