Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management

A company is looking for a Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize all components of the revenue cycle

Provide operational oversight of RCM across multiple markets and manage national RCM operations

Lead and mentor high-performing teams across RCM functions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

5+ years of leadership experience in revenue cycle management within healthcare organizations

Multi-site and multi-state experience required

Deep knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models and billing regulations

Experience implementing and optimizing RCM technology platforms
