Job descriptionFull-time in-office position Monday - Friday from 9am-6pm with 1 hour for lunch Pay starts $21 / hr + bonus opportunity! Opportunity to be promoted to SaaS Sales Rep where pay ranges from $80k to $200k per year Grind daily : phone calls, email cadences, LinkedIn outreach, and even direct mail — you use every tool in the toolbox to generate interest. Qualify leads using thoughtful discovery. Set high-quality appointments that convert into real sales opportunities. Track interactions, progress, and outcomes in our CRM. Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve targeting. Your Mission
As a Sales Development Representative you will do more than just set appointments — we need someone who can strategically qualify leads, break through the noise, and open doors for our SaaS sales team. We are a fast-growing SaaS + automation company backed by a 27-year marketing powerhouse.
Desired Skills
- Some experience as an SDR or outbound sales role.
- Confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills.
- A hunter’s mindset : you get excited about chasing new business and don’t stop until you get the meeting.
- Efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
