Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :
- Assist Wealth Management clients with general service needs and inquiries; use available resources to ensure all aspects of client service are completed accurately and timely.
- Prepare and process client paperwork for Wealth Management Clients; prepares custom materials for certain high net worth clients as needed.
- Attend and participate in client and prospect meetings (as requested).
- Create, update and maintain accurate and timely documentation in firm Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Support performance of annual review and evaluation of compliance policies and procedures as required by regulation.
- Assist with maintenance and updating of regulatory filings (such as ADV and IMA).
- Ensure accounts are opened and funded in a timely fashion including transfer tracking.
- Maintain client data in all systems for assigned clients.
- Daily review of transactions for assigned clients.
- Assist in compliance resolutions.
- Assists with preparation and distribution of client paperwork including timely and accurate documentation in CRM system.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and meet established deadlines.
- Assists with client service and communication; provides full advisor support.
- Looks for new and efficient ways to do business.
- Assists team members in daily problem resolution. Communicates to management and team when problems are discovered that affect daily processes. Identifies operations gaps and works with manager and team for resolution.
- Assists with training of department staff members as needed.
- Leads department team meetings and is responsible for meeting agenda and follow up.
- Assists with department new hire checklist duties as assigned.
- Responds promptly to internal and external requests.
- Acts independently to make decisions that are in the best interest of both internal and external clients.
- Keeps management aware of decisions made and solutions available that affect general business operations.
- Maintains an ongoing attitude of continuous improvement of processes within the department.
- Participate on internal committees and / or projects as needed.
