Reliatus Behavioral Health , a leading recruiting organization specializing in supporting Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) organizations find top talent, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Therapist to join our client's team in North Phoenix. This role offers a unique blend of direct practice, clinical development, and financial incentives . We especially welcome Pre-Certified / Pre-Licensed BCBAs who are within 2 months of certification! Compensation & Benefits
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience.
Bonus Potential : Plus a quarterly bonus of $2,500 .
Time Off : Standard Paid Time Off structure.
Work Setting : Primarily a center-based position , though some travel may be required for client meetings or training.
Requirements : Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required depending on assignment needs.
Position Summary
The BCBA Therapist is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously monitoring behavior intervention plans for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in ABA and a passion for improving client lives through evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities
Assessment and Evaluation
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to pinpoint behavior issues and their underlying causes.
Utilize assessment tools to evaluate clients' strengths, needs, and areas for targeted improvement.
Treatment Planning
Develop highly individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and established client goals.
Set clear, measurable, and achievable objectives to guide treatment.
Implementation and Monitoring
Oversee the implementation of BIPs by guiding and supporting direct care staff and parents.
Monitor client progress diligently and make necessary data-driven adjustments to intervention strategies.
Training and Supervision
Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff in ABA techniques and best practices.
Provide consistent feedback to ensure the fidelity of treatment implementation .
Collaboration & Documentation
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals for a holistic approach to care.
Maintain accurate records, treatment plans, and session notes, preparing regular reports on client outcomes.
Qualifications
Education : Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Certification : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required, OR candidates within 2 months of Certification will be considered.
Licensure : Must have or be on track to obtain Licensure as an LBA in the state of Arizona following certification.
Experience : 1-4 years of experience preferred , but the organization will look at new graduates. Previous experience with ASD is a plus.
Skills : Strong understanding of ABA principles , excellent analytical / problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively both independently and within a team structure.
