We are looking for a Controller to manage the company's day-to-day accounting and financial operations. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with an opportunity to help build the financial backbone of our organization.

What You'll be Doing :

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
• Oversee cash management including reconciliations, daily cash flow monitoring, and reporting.
• Prepare financial statements and internal reports for leadership to support decision-making.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and projections to guide company growth.
• Work closely with the external CPA firm on tax filings, compliance, and audits.
• Maintain and improve internal accounting systems, processes, and controls.
• Support the CEO and leadership team with financial insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable industry regulations.
